The ClimateLineAir heated tubing is specifically designed to work with the ResMed AirSense 10 series of CPAP machines and the AirCurve 10 series of Bi-Level machines. Evidence suggests that when using a heated CPAP tube that “rain-out” (condensation build up in the tube and mask) is reduced significantly. The heated element within the tube keeps the temperature consistent from the water chamber to the mask allowing for maximum humidification without excessive condensation.

The tube should be washed using warm water and a mild detergent, rinsed completely, then allowed to air dry. The heated tube should not be connected to the machine until it is completely dry. It is safe to completely submerge the hose in water as long as it is completely dry before connecting it.

The heated tube will automatically turn on the auto climate control once attached to the AirSense 10 or AirCurve 10 CPAP machine. The auto climate control allows the machine to monitor humidity levels and adjust both the heat setting of the humidifier and tube to achieve optimum humidity for a comfortable experience.
